She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Albert Blair and Evie Leona Norris; her daughter Debra Yvonne Naud; and her sisters, Leona Mae Bethany Jones, Pauline Olivia Hayes, Vivian Lorene Prochaska and Patsy Geraldine Hart Splawn.
She is survived by: her former spouse Royce Naud; her brothers, AB Blair (Roberta), AC Blair (JoEllen), Alton Blair (LaDonna) and Steve Blair; her daughters, Michelle Muhlestein (Scott), Caroline Naud, Susan Naud and Natalie Naud; her grandchildren, Aimee Muhlestein, Katie Bahr (Anton), Jamie Muhlestein and Matt Muhlestein; and her great grandchild Roman Bahr. She is also survived by her mother and aunts.
Peggy always wanted everyone to gather together after her funeral to enjoy chili beans and cornbread together but unfortunately, this isn't possible due to COVID-19 restrictions.
