She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ellsworth and Norma Davis; and her husband Daniel West. She is survived by: her children, Ruby West (Mike), Kelly West, Billy West (Ashlie) and Judy West; and her siblings, Wayne, Randy, Ronnie, Ross and Susie Ellsworth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
