She is survived by: her children, Melanie Stubbs, Thompson Springs, Debbie Forsyth Green River (Rees) of Wyoming, Rodney Jay Lee (Darla), Sondi Haskell Payson (Bob) of Utah, Jodi Diaz Payson (Ricardo) of Utah, Brandon G Collings of Payson, Utah and Justin Garold Collings of Payson, Utah; and her brother Frank Headman (Clea). She is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren.
