She is survived by: her half-siblings, Eddie Underwood (Marie), Peggy Underwood and Kay Marie Forbes; her mother Joyce; her brother Steven; and her daughters, Malissa Shaw (Justin) and Mandy Dayton (Paul). She is also survived by mother, wife, and beloved friend.
