He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Martinez; his grandmother Vazques; and his brothers, Donald, Richard, Pab and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Monica and Andrew; his grandchildren, Joshua, Isaiah and Alyce; and his siblings, Tob (Lena), Les, Louise (Stan), Marcella (Tom), Sharon, Dora (Memo), Lonnie (Linda) and Lupe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neil O'Donnell Funeral Home (372 E 100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (1058 W 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104).
