He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Elias and Mildred Lucille Warren Wignall; his wife Cleo Allred; his son David Wignall; his sister Orpha Hanks; and his former wife Anna Andrus Kempton.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Wignall (Mary), Christa Bushman (Neil), Owen Wignall, Kyle Wignall (Stephanie) and Amy Erickson (Renvic); and his siblings, Dorcas Long, Joan Evans and John Shortt. He is also survived by 6 children, 25 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
