He is survived by: his children, Kassidy Davis (Kerby), Audrey Toney (Kevin), Zachary Miller and Emily Miller; and his siblings, Mike Miller, Scott Miller (Cammie), Eric Miller (Amy), Jason Miller (Torrie), Kara Smith (Aaron), Suzie Paul (Josh) and Dan Miller (Tiana). He is also survived by wife and his four children.
