He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Cushing and Naomi Richmond Cushing; his brother Kent; his wife Donna; and his grandson Jason Cushing.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Cushing (Sharyl), Chad Cushing (Shanna) and Kimberly Jensen (Kayle). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Santaquin City Center (110 S Center St, Santaquin, UT 84655).
