He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna Griener; and his parents, Herbert and Alice. He is survived by: his children, Wendi Jewett (Rick), Rick Worthen (Shawnie), Kris Ann Biggs (Darryl) and Russell Worthen (Kodi); and his siblings, Sheldon Dick Worthen (Joan) and Jean. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
