He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Tanner and Grace Morganson Tanner; and his brother Lynn Brent. He is survived by: his sister Sandra Tanner of Payson; and his daughter Chandra Thomas of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
