She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Albert Sims and Beth Stoker Sims; her husband William A Cook; her children, Christine and Gary; and her grandchild Shaelee.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Cook (Kim) of Payson, UT, Sharon Woolley (Lorell) of Thayne, WY, Lorri Okobia, Karl Cook (Maria) of Capitola, CA and Janet Rodriguez (Paul) of Missoula, MT; and her siblings, John Sims (Bonnie) of Provo, UT and Sally Edwards (Richard) of Provo, UT.. She is also survived by children and felt blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family suggest that in leir of flowers donations be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
