He was predeceased by: his father James Dean Kirkman; and also Rae Ann Kirkman. He is survived by: his children, Jeremey Kirkman (Amy) and Jeanna Sloan (TJ); and his siblings, Dena Brooks and Kevin Kirkman (Jirapha). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
