He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Branson Hazlett and Ella Marie Irwin Hazlett; his brother David Hazlett; his children, Charles Aaron Hazlett, Michael David Hazlett (Chari), Jaimee Marie Torres (Joseph), Laurel Anne Rush (Christopher) and Christopher Zachariah Hazlett (Mallory); and his wife Camillia.
