He is survived by: his wife Lory Marie Earley Page; his children, McKenna Elizabeth Page and Kirsten Shelby Page; his stepchildren, Earl Duane Root and Kimberlie Ann Kravet; his siblings, Randy Page and Lenene Badham (Robert); and his sister-in-law Joyce Page.
