He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Oscar Smith and Clare Lorraine Wiseman. He is survived by: his spouses, Linda Lewis and Maudie Smith of Payson, Utah; his siblings, Joyce Smith of West Jordan, Lorrie Hall (Michael) of Centerville and Jackie Sosnowski (Jerry) of Murray; and his children, Greg Hopkins (Mary) of San Diego, CA, Ronald Smith (Jodene) of West Jordan, Jeffrey Smith (Michelle), Brad Hopkins (Tamela) of Puyallup, Washington, Marcie Hill of Spanish Fork, Emily Kelley (Thomas) of DuPont, Washington, Tiffanie Allred (Cory) of Altamont, Katie Peterson of Spanish Fork, Holly Taylor (David) of Lakeland, Florida and Adam Hill (Kendra) of Springville. He is also survived by four sons and their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
