He is survived by: his children, Darcy Lee Miner (Mark) of Highland, Utah, Kimberly Ann Cameron (Max) of Payson, Utah, Dayne G Cook (Hui-Young) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Christian Dale Cook of Payson, Utah; his brother Ron Cook (Pat) of Prescott; and his sister-in-law Virginia Ewell of Vernal, Utah.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
