It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Galen Roy Hooper (Payson, Utah), born in Richfield, Utah, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Keith R. Hooper and Mary Christensen Hooper; his wife Kathleen Marie Chandler; his children, Sandra Bowden (Kelly), Sally Jones (Gordon), Sarah Roundy (Larry), Jared Hooper (Angela) and Jonathan Hooper (Karin); and his siblings, Ann Stanworth, Keith R. Hooper, Laural Hooper, Ione Roth, Carma Steck and Lula Billy. He was also cherished by 32 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
