He is survived by: his wife Marcia Gay Smith Garner; and his children, Wade Garner (Melanie), Gayle Garner, Brent Garner (Carla), Teresa Casper (Keith), Pleasant Grove, Trina Williamson (Bob) and Marcene Perry (Shane). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
