He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Burton and Marcella Obrey Hecker; his former wives, Jacqueline Ozburn and Jaqueline Ozburn Hecker; his wife Bonnie Colby Hecker; his son Randy Hecker; and his brother Robert Hecker.

He is survived by: his son Stanley Hecker (Jannelyn); his stepchildren, Bryant Davis (Beverly), Jason Davis (Lorreta), Preston Davis (Marty), John Davis (Alesa) and Denise Cabral (Ed); and his sister Verda Macky.
