He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Haydee Adams; his children, Carter, Jaxon, Paizley and Hayden; his parent Kathy Adams; his siblings, Tysan Adams (Janelle), Amber Adams, Veronica Gordon (Bryan), Adam Adams and Lucas Adams; his parents-in-law, Gary and Tammy York; his siblings-in-law, Dustin York (Kirsten) and Kristin Smith (Johnathan); and his nephew Eric.
