He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Nay and Iva Taylor Nay; and his siblings, Gardello, Clyde Nay and MaryAlice Jasper.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Warren; his wife Diana Turner; and his children, Margo Nay Jimenez, Greg Nay (Amy), Kristine Vargas (Timoteo), Duff Turner (Lori) and Randy Turner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
