He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Measom, Joy Fullmer Measom Peugh, Joseph Berry and Wanda Allen; and his nephews, Dustin Curtis Allen and Nicholas Mateo Simons.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Allen and Diane Measom Allen; his siblings, Curtis Allen, Wendi Simons (Ed), Natalie Williams (John) and Monica Giffing; and his nieces and nephews, Cody Allen, Meagan Allen, Jessica Hintze (Nathan), Michael Simons, Tyler Simons, N'tima Preusser, Jonathan Simons, Ava Williams, Lucy Williams, Casey Giffing and Jaynee Meyer (Dakoda).
