He was predeceased by: his brother Scott McNeely; and his father Richard Charles McNeely. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherri Albrecht (Steve) and Carole Sanders (Marvin); and his mother Nola "Joan" Croft. He is also survived by his three nephews; two nieces; two great-nephews; and one great-niece.
They spent many hours together visiting either by way of telephone when they were confined to their rooms during Covid or playing bingo, going to church, participating in activities and mealtimes.
