He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dalton Lee and Opal Neola Marvin; his sons, Kevin Dewain and Shane Lee; and his siblings, Neola Shepard, Patti Belmont (Verna), Alma Guitierrez, Gary Lee, James Lee, Denny Ray Lee, Benny David Lee and Robin Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Tamra Healey (Doug) of Heber City; and his siblings, Jeanette Smith of Georgia, Susan Lee of Georgia and Philip Lee of Georgia. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
