He was predeceased by: his brother Chad Shea; and his grandparents, Clifford, Larena Collard and Winston Ray Palmer. He is survived by: his parents, Christian Collard and Marylin Collard of Castle Dale, UT.; his wife Hailey of Payson, UT.; his son Shea McLain Collard of Payson, UT.; his brothers, Clay Collard of Burley, Cezly Collard of Burley and Hunter Hatch of Payson, UT.; his parents-in-law, Lisa and Les Cox of Orangeville, UT.; and his sister-in-law Courtney Christenson.
The family would like donations to be made to Hailey Collard for Cory's final medical expenses and funeral costs.
