She is survived by: her friend Joyce Dwiggins Carducci; her foster son Jerry Neaman; her son Teddy; her nephew Michael; her niece Tara Golden; her daughter Jennifer Lauren; her husband David Rowley of Payson, UT; her son Michael Rowley; her parents, Legrand Hall and Donna Hall; her siblings, Susan Herbst (Arlen), Kathy Holmes (John) and Mark Hall; her niece Isabella; and her sister Merche Beard. She is also survived by parents.
