He is survived by: his mother JoAnne; his significant other Alexis Coleman; his children, Katie Burgi (Beau), Matthew (Amanda), Daniel (Trisha), Andrew (Suzanne), Kristina Manscill (Colby), Kimberly, Karine Glenn (Patrick) and Angela; his stepchildren, Heather Morrill (Gary), Aubrey Blair (Steven) and Jared Ditto; and his siblings, Kay, Phyllis, Brice, JerriAnn and Colleen.
