He is survived by: his wife Julie Colvin; his children, Chris Stevens, Sonja Stevens, Stephanie Gull, Chad Stevens and Whitney Colvin; his grandchildren, Austin, Maddison, Hunter, Traygen Stevens, David and Wendy Gull; and his siblings, Rulon Stevens and Jody Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
