She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee; her children, Jason (Andrea) of Tabiona, Angela of Provo, Noel (Jonathan) of Draper and Jeremy (Zach) of Arvada; her grandchildren, Tamara, Makayla, Richard, Abigail, Isabell, Jackson, Katelin, Rian and Banin; and her siblings, AnnaJean Sweat, Jeanette Gray, Jon Simmons and Rodney Simmons.
