She is survived by: her friend Carol Ann Ottesen Ewell; her children, James K., Leslie Ewell, Keven H., Allison Ewell, Christina Bates, Paul Bates, Clarissa Flink and Daniel Flink; and her siblings, Connie Christensen, Arleen Sink and Steven Ottesen.
