He was predeceased by: his father William Ray Bulow. He is survived by: his mother Doris Ann Bird; his wife Dianne Allred; his children, Drew Bulow (Jessica) of Elk Ridge, Utah, Kristin Bulow of American Fork, UT and Cody Bulow of American Fork, UT; his brothers, Kevin Bulow (Kathi), Bill Bulow (Anittra) and Mike Bulow (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Leila, Alan and Bryce.
