He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloward Penrod and Laverne Penrod; his siblings, Margie Hurst, Lynnae Hill and John Dee Penrod; and his grandson Brennan David Haskell.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Ellen Thomas; his wife Sandy; and his children, Dorthy Haskell (David), Clint Penrod (Emily), Cody Penrod (Erica), Clay Penrod (Nancy) and Rebecca Graves (Jason). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren.
