It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Lou Emmons (Payson, Utah), born in Schulter, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 3, 2017, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Rod Emmons, Louann Packard and Matt Packard. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; he also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, friends.
