She is survived by: her sons, Erik Kent, Leon Clark, Erik Thalman and Leon Thalman; her daughter-in-law Aiya Sakr; her siblings, Kim Buie, Jody Buie Watkins, Clark Taggart Buie (Tag), Phillip Buie, Ben Buie and Tyler Buie; and her pet Julie. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
