He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stuart Burnett and Ellen Walker; his daughter Jan; and his wives, Janoice and Dilean.
He is survived by: his adoptive daughter Jolene; and his children, Deann Torrence of Logan, UT, Doug Burnett (Tammy) of Pleasant View, UT, Jolene Thalman of Logan, UT, Audra Didericksen (Justin) of Paradise, UT, Calvin Burnett (Valene) of Santa Clara, UT, Candice Nyquist (Blake) of Avon, UT and Karen Burnett of Brigham City, UT. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 39 great- grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
