She was predeceased by: her brother Gary Norman; and her grandparents, Myron, Annette Norman (Obray), Willis Aaron and Ida Geneva Dial (Beckstrand).
She is survived by: her parents, Grant Norman and Linda Lee Dial Norman (Dial); and her siblings, Paul Norman (Pam), Nancy Olsen (Dennis), Mark Norman (Dianna), Janette Rogers (Scott), Becky Hendrickson (Greg), Linda Marie Cloud (Chris), Bonnie Harding (Ian), Malissa Potter (Keith), Teresa Jones (Benjamin) and Lisa McBride (Marty).
In lieu of flowers, it is Julie's wish that donations be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints' Humanitarian Fund.
