He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayo Riggs and Erna LeFevre Riggs; his daughter Rachel Edmiston Cronin; his son-in-law Scott Edmiston; his sisters, Joan Lau (Dean) and Kay Cherrington (George); his brother-in-law William King; and his nephews, Craig Cherrington and Brent King.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Kay of Panguitch; his children, John Andrew Riggs (Kelli) of Denver, CO, Crystal Riggs, Kayla Asay (Jesse), Candi Nielsen (Dale) and Wellington; his sister Berthann King; and his mother-in-law Sarah Kay. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
