He is survived by: his spouse Charlotte Hales; his children, Jay Lynn Clark of Provo, Todd Paul Clark, Michele Clark Lamb of Panguitch and Stacy Madson (Irvin) of LaVerkin; and his siblings, Barbara Bowman of Ogden, Gary Clark of Ogden and Sandra Clark of Ogden. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
