Shirley; her husband Lowell; her children, David Lowell Henrie (Stephanie), Lisa Kay Breinholt (Todd), Tammi Anne Bennett (Gary), Jeramy Joe Henrie (Sheryl) and Scott Cameron Henrie (Brittney); her grandchildren, Shayna Wood (Morgan), Hayden Henrie, Riki Henrie, Hallie Volker, Tayson Volker, Brie Volker, Janisa Quezada (Manny), Jaylee Bybee (Brycen), Jentri Breinholt, Jaxton Breinholt, Dalan Bennett (McKenzie), Taylor Steed (Logan), Jordan Draper (Zackary), Kyler Bennett, Alicia Henrie, Jaren Henrie, Curtis Henrie, Brinlee Henrie, Draysen Henrie, Maylee Henrie and Alexie Henriel; and her great grandchildren, Myla Wood, McKay Wood, Aden Quezada, Nolan Quezada, Luka Bybee, Hailey Bennett, Baby Bennett (Due) and Addilyn Steed.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that money be donated to the Janis C. Henrie Memorial Scholarship fund at Zion's First National Bank.
