He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray, Louise Englestead and Lucille Jackson; his uncles, Mark Englestead and David Jackson; and his nephew Brooks Longman.
He is survived by: his parents, Dean Curtis Englestead and Virginia Jackson Englestead of Cedar City; his daughter Lucyxana Lorene Englestead; his siblings, John of Cedar City, Melissa Veater (Chad) of Panguitch, Bracken (Eu) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Chase (Kelsie) of Bluffdale and Jarom of Orem; and his grandfather Sterling Jackson of Spanish Fork. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
