She is survived by: her children, Vicki, Brian Joseph, Kathryn, Gregory James and Bethany; her mother Caryl Wilma Peterson Hepworth; her siblings, Dale Burns (Robert), Orem, Diana Bailey (Dennis), Lehi, Joseph Hepworth (Cyndee), James Hepworth (Donna), Santa Clarita and John Hepworth (Jennifer); her children, Kirkham John (Joy) and Pyper; and also, Kaysville, Hunter Grove, Cassia Grove, Redick Grove, Ewan Grove, Pleasant Grove, Rachel, Calvin, Isabel, Josie, Charles, Vernal, Orem, Alanah, Jaxyn and Mandan.
