It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verlyn Shumway (Orem, Utah), who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verl A. Shumway and Vergie Gillman Shumway; and his son James Verlyn Shumway. He is survived by: his spouse Alana Stephensen Shumway; his close friend Alana Stephensen Shumway; and his children, John Brad Shumway, Julie Ann Julander (Anthony), Jamie Lyn Kent (Donald) and Janneal Lyman (Ryan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
