He is survived by: his child Thomas Anthony (Joni) of Woodland Hills; his pet Chewy; his daughters, Donna Bott of Pleasant Grove and Jo Lynn Lee of Cottonwood Heights; his adoptive son Dawson of Orem; his grandchildren, Spencer Edward Lee, Austin Taylor Lee, Devaney Marie Bott Christianson (Zac) and Brady Thomas Bott; and his great grandchild Aurora Marie Christianson.
