She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rylaen, Phaedra, Abigail, Ayden, Aviel, Dawn, Deklan, Neviah, Mary, Calum and Mindy; her husband Greg Slade; her children, Christopher Slade, Joshua Slade, Ruby Ballantyne, Audrey Cazier, Michael Slade, Ruth Sommers, Jon Cazier (Audrey), Kurt Ballantyne (Ruby), Tracy Slade (Josh) and Rachel Slade (Chris); her siblings, Cathy Turner, Andy Sommers, Linda Santos and Melvin Sommers; and her siblings-in-law, John Slade, Rodney Slade, Kim Ellison, Matt Slade, Heather Slade and Jeremy Slade.
