He is survived by: his children, Cindy Schauerhamer Spanish (Dean), Cris Hurley Idaho (Randy), Sandi Jaussi Idaho (Richard), Chip Headman (Janette), San Tan, Pam Staich of Highland and Wendy Davis; and his siblings, Minnie Marie Johnson of Provo, UT, Mary Kathleen Blue of Aubrey, Charles Le Roy (Diane) and Robert Allen (Patricia).
