He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Dee Holdaway and Clista Beck. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his siblings, Nan Holdaway, Ned Holdaway and Marilyn Leetham; and his children, Jill Hansen (Dave), Frank Holdaway (Sue), Kerri Johnston and JoAnna Holdaway (Brock). He is also survived by 15 grandkids, and 25 great grandkids.
