He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Arthur and Catherine Alink Maarleveld Rydman; his brothers, Richard and Roger Rydman; his daughter Karen Smith; and his pet Cleo.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Rydman; his children, Ronelle Carter (James), Kristin Rydman (Todd Malcom), Camron Rydman (Sue) and Randolyn Newell (Dave); his son-in-law Charles Smith; and his sister Sandra Smith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Nelson Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Orem Cemetery (1520 N 800 E, Orem, UT 84097).
