He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Andria Talley, Melinda Anter (Joe), Russ Lowry, Paul Lowry (Kristi), Jeff Lowry (Marissa) and Erica Harding (Shawn). He is also survived by his sons, grandsons, and extended family.
