He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Louise (Hurst). He is survived by: his daughters, Tamera McGraw (Alan), Rashell Lassen (Shane) and BranDee VanLeuven (Joel); his wife Becky; his daughter Teresa (Bradford); and his sisters, Ronda and Kay. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
