He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Orson Lewis and Arlean McGregor Lewis; and his brother Dave Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Decker; his children, Jennifer Frampton (Paul), Kent Lewis, Sheree Hartley (Scott), Theresa Miller (John) and Ryan Lewis (Annie); his siblings, Tim Lewis (Cheryl) and Connie Whaley (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Ruth Lewis. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
